IT Support Specialist Tier 2 – Colville, WA
Under indirect supervision, installs, maintains, tests, and repairs systems and networks. Utilizes intermediate technical knowledge to implement and support IT initiatives. Provides technical support and resolves problems of a moderately complex nature. May assist users/departments in implementing requests or proposals and in determining information systems needs assessments. May provide functional direction and training to RRCA staff and RRCA Clients. IT Support Specialist Tier 1 – Colville, WA
Under minimal supervision, installs, maintains, tests, and repairs systems and networks. Utilizes basic technical knowledge to support IT initiatives and provide first-level technical information systems support to RRCA Employees and RRCA clients. Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Coordinator Assistant – Colville, WA
Serves as assistant for Kids First Children’s Advocacy Center Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Coordinator by performing routine clerical duties using independent judgment within established policies and procedures. Performs a variety of secretarial support functions within a generally developed expertise in the areas of assignment. Compiles and prepares for review and distribution various letters, reports, documents and projects to aid the MDT Coordinator in working with groups of professionals from diverse agencies and disciplines who come together to provide comprehensive assessment and consultation for child physical and sexual abuse cases.  Provides in person response, including but not limited to medical advocacy, to victims as needed. Head Start Classroom Aide – Newport, WA
Works under close supervision of teaching staff to assist in conducting the activities of a Head Start preschool program to provide a quality socialization experience for children.  Sets up the classroom meals. This position is the key management leader of Rural Resources Community Action and is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization in order to have consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives. Other essential duties include donor development/fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. Victim Advocate – Colville, WA
Provides crisis intervention and advocacy services for general crime victims or victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, or child abuse.  Provides initial eligibility and psychosocial assessments, an integrated safety plan with desired outcomes, follow-up information, and support.  Advocates for the client and provides legal rights and responsibilities information relative to legal proceedings. Advocates for adult victim rights in the legal system. Advocates for abused children’s rights in the social service system and coordinates with the legal system.   Maintains records of client contact, serves as client liaison with other service providers and prepares periodic reports and correspondence.  Serves as a community resource for information regarding the impact of crimes on victims and the rights of victims.  Coordinates services between victims, law enforcement, prosecutors and judges.  Provides in person response, including but not limited to medical advocacy, to victims as needed. Health Home Care Coordinator – Colville, WA 
Provides care coordination services to eligible individuals and their families.  Works with individuals and their families to assist them in successful discharge from the hospital.  Works to support their continued health improvement to facilitate a reduction in utilization of emergency services and decrease the recurrence of additional hospitalizations. Assesses needs, develops and monitors implementation of service plans, makes appropriate referrals and serves as a client advocate with other service providers. Housing Rehab Tech – Colville, WA 
This position performs carpentry-related duties including installation of attic/wall insulation, venting, doors, windows, kitchen/bath fixtures and solid fuel appliances.  Wraps water heaters/pipes, installs exhaust fans, drywall, roofing and siding, glazes windows, paints and does light framing and finish carpentry.  Evaluates home’s indoor air quality and tightness to determine weatherization needs and appropriate remedies.  Provides job cost estimates and assessments.  Operates power hand tools and insulating machines.  The position is responsible for the rehabilitation work on existing housing in the Tri-County service area.  This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.  The pay is $15.02  to $16.24 per hour DOE, plus benefits.  (Click on position title for complete job description)

Nutrition Services Program Aide II – Arden, WA
Performs in-home nutritional health screens to assess nutritive services needed in the Tri-County area year around. Verifies documentation of vendors request for payment and coordinates printing of coupons. Inputs client statistics into data base. Organizes volunteer schedules. Maintenance Technician – Colville, WA
Performs general maintenance functions including sheetrock repair, light carpentry, minor electrical, interior/exterior painting, minor plumbing and other facility repairs as may be assigned.  Makes apartments rent ready after tenant moves out. Fiscal Director – Colville, WA

Relief Transit Driver – Republic, WA
Drives a 15 – 22 passenger transit vehicle, assists passengers in and out of vehicle, provides transfer assistance to non-ambulatory persons by utilizing mobility aids as necessary, i.e. slider boards and lifts, assists in coordination of routes and schedules, maintains a safe operating environment, maintains comprehensive, accurate and detailed records of all activities.  Must have nine months experience working for a public or private transit agency, one year successful experience in a capacity which required comprehensive record keeping and reporting, verifiable record as a safe driver for the most recent five year period, valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement or School Bus Endorsement, CDL Physical and acceptable completion of an alcohol and drug screen test that complies with all Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Standards.  This is a relief position, 10-15 hours per week, with a starting pay of $15.02 per hour.  (Click on position title for complete job description)
