Relief Transit Driver – Republic, WA
Transports persons to and from scheduled destinations, utilizing specialized equipment.  This position is safety sensitive and requires pre-employment, random and post-accident drug testing in compliance with Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) standards and Corporate policy, as a condition of employment.  Must have valid Commercial Driver’s License, CDL with passenger endorsement and valid CDL Physical.  This is an on-call position and earns $15.02 to $16.24 per hour DOE.   (Click on position title for complete job description)

Victim Advocate / Community Educator – Inchelium, WA
A Victim Advocate provides crisis intervention and advocacy services for general crime victims or victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, or child abuse.  Provides initial eligibility and psychosocial assessments, an integrated safety plan with desired outcomes, follow-up information, ad support.  Advocates for the client and provides legal rights and responsibilities information relative to legal proceedings. Advocates for adult victim rights in the legal system. Advocates for abused children’s rights in the social service system and coordinates with the legal system.   Maintains records of client contact, serves as client liaison with other service providers and prepares periodic reports and correspondence.  Serves as a community resource for information regarding the impact of crimes on victims and the rights of victims.  Coordinates services between victims, law enforcement, prosecutors and judges.  Provides in person response, including but not limited to medical advocacy, to victims as needed. Serves victims in crisis as needed.

A Community Educator designs, coordinates and implements community awareness programs to provide information regarding crime victimization.  The position will also plan and present prevention programs to a wide variety of audiences to promote social change.  This is a full-time position,  40 hours, with a starting pay of $16.52 – $17.87 per hour, D.O. Victim Services Receptionist & Intake Worker  – Davenport, WA
Provides information, assistance and intake of clients for Victim Services, Housing, Employment & Training, Energy, and Weatherization; assessing current needs.  Develops service strategies and makes appropriate referrals internally and externally.  Performs routine to moderately complex clerical duties using independent judgment within established procedures.  Compiles various reports and answers client and employee questions based on Agency procedures.  Answers sensitive client inquiries.  Acts as staff support.  Performs general janitorial duties for the office.  Provides in person response, including but not limited to medical advocacy, to victims as needed. ECEAP Coordinator/Family Services Advocate – Colville, WA

Fiscal Director – Colville, WA
Position plans, organizes, and directs the daily administration and operations of the Fiscal Department and coordinates staff input into the fiscal system.  Develops policies and procedures relating to fiscal management and contract compliance.  Responsible for completion of annual Financial Reports, audit and IRS form 990.  Extensive knowledge of finance & GAAP, competence with computer financial applications to include spreadsheets and databases, and experience with government contract/grant program management is a must.  This is a full time exempt position; $4,978.00 – $5,384.00 /month; DOE. Position is open until filled.

Required education experience:   A Master’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting or CPA and a minimum of four years’ experience or Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and a minimum six years’ experience with four years of supervisory experience work experience in non-profit preferred.  (Click on position title for complete job description)
