Head Start Assistant Teacher – Chewelah, WA

Head Start Lead Teacher Level 2 or Lead Teacher Level 3 – Chewelah, WA
Oversees the daily classroom operation.  Plans, coordinates and implements educational plans for preschool children including motivational activities to assist with modifying their behavior.  Works with families in the home to facilitate growth in their knowledge of child development, parenting techniques and how to meet their child’s emotional and educational needs.  Provides supervision, support and training for assigned staff and volunteers.  This is a full time, exempt position, $2,4990.00 – $2,946.00 / month DOE.  (Click on either position title for complete job description)

Employment Coordinator – Colville, WA
This position provides information, assistance and comprehensive case management services to youth and adults facing barriers to employment.  Assesses needs, develops and monitors implementation of service plans, makes appropriate referrals and serves as a client advocate with other service providers.  Requires knowledge of related community resources and the laws and regulations specific to the area of service. Head Start Center Manager – Newport, WA
Provides leadership, support, supervision and technical assistance to education staff.  Plans and coordinates the recruitment and hiring of qualified education staff.   Conducts evaluations, maintains records.  Assures implementation of educational systems to meet program compliance.   This a full time exempt position, $2,841.00 – $3,073.00 / month. Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Colville, WA
Responsible for all financial matters of RRCA. The CFO will report to and work closely with the Chief Executive Officer. In addition they will partner with the senior leadership and the Board of Directors to develop and implement strategies across the organization. The CFO will oversee all financial compliance for a complex array of government (federal and state) contracts and private grants. Case Manager (Foundational Community Supports – Supportive Housing) –  Colville, WA

Community Health Worker  – Moses Lake, WA 
Coordinates care to help bridge the gaps and eliminate barriers to health care and social services of identified at-risk clients.  Conducts home and site visit  to assess risk; match children, adolescents, and adults to identified/needed services; and empowers the individuals to access community resources through referrals, education and outreach.  Collects and reports specific health, behavioral and social information; assists clients by helping them access needed services.  Assists in helping recognize potential serious problems, thus preventing poor health and social outcomes for individuals and communities.  This is a full-time position, 40 hours, with a starting pay of $13.50 – $14.60 per hour, D.O. Head Start Education Assistant – Colville, WA
Works closely with education managers and staff, to enter, interpret, and manage program data. Assist with planning and implementing staff orientations and trainings. Will collect, organize, and enter program data, along with confidential documents, using a variety of data base systems. Head Start Assistant Teacher – Colville, WA

Victim Advocate / Community Engagement Facilitator – Republic, WA 
Community Educator designs, coordinates and implements community awareness programs to provide information regarding crime victimization.  The position will also plan and present prevention programs to a wide variety of audiences to promote social change.

Victim Advocate provides crisis intervention and advocacy services for general crime victims or victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, or child abuse.  Provides initial eligibility and psychosocial assessments, an integrated safety plan with desired outcomes, follow-up information, ad support.  Advocates for the client and provides legal rights and responsibilities information relative to legal proceedings. Advocates for adult victim rights in the legal system. Advocates for abused children’s rights in the social service system and coordinates with the legal system.   Maintains records of client contact, serves as client liaison with other service providers and prepares periodic reports and correspondence.  Serves as a community resource for information regarding the impact of crimes on victims and the rights of victims.  Coordinates services between victims, law enforcement, prosecutors and judges.  Provides in person response, including but not limited to medical advocacy, to victims as needed. Serves victims in crisis as needed.

Head Start Relief Transit Driver – Newport, WA
Transports children to and from the Head Start classroom and designated locations.  This position is safety sensitive and requires pre-employment, random and post-accident drug testing in compliance with Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) standards and Corporate policy, as a condition of employment.  This a temporary / intermittent position, 8 – 12 hours per week, $15.02 – $16.24 per hour DOE.  (Click on position title for complete job description).

Victim Services Division Director – Colville, WA
Plans, organizes, promotes, and manages all operations of the Victim Services Division (Rural Resources Victim Services and Kids First Children’s Advocacy Center) and programs to meet the needs of communities in the service area.  Program areas include domestic violence and sexual assault, child sexual abuse, child physical abuse, elder abuse and all other crimes against persons or property.  Provides in person response, including but not limited to medical advocacy, to victims as needed. Health Home Care Coordinator – Colville, WA 
Provides care coordination services to eligible individuals and their families.  Works with individuals and their families to assist them in successful discharge from the hospital.  Works to support their continued health improvement to facilitate a reduction in utilization of emergency services and decrease the recurrence of additional hospitalizations. Assesses needs, develops and monitors implementation of service plans, makes appropriate referrals and serves as a client advocate with other service providers. Responsible for following up with patients regardless of setting to coordinate care and follow up services as needed.  It is a full-time position, 32-40 hours, with a starting pay of $16.52 – $17.87 per hour, D.O. Relief Transit Driver – Republic, WA
Drives a 15 – 22 passenger transit vehicle, assists passengers in and out of vehicle, provides transfer assistance to non-ambulatory persons by utilizing mobility aids as necessary, i.e. slider boards and lifts, assists in coordination of routes and schedules, maintains a safe operating environment, maintains comprehensive, accurate and detailed records of all activities.  Must have nine months experience working for a public or private transit agency, one year successful experience in a capacity which required comprehensive record keeping and reporting, verifiable record as a safe driver for the most recent five year period, valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement or School Bus Endorsement, CDL Physical and acceptable completion of an alcohol and drug screen test that complies with all Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Standards.  This is a relief position, 10-15 hours per week, with a starting pay of $15.02 per hour.  (Click on position title for complete job description)
