Housing Administrative Assistant – Republic, WA
Performs clerical duties, using independent judgement within established procedures. Compiles and prepares for review and distribution various reports and documents. Refers customers to prospective resources. Answers sensitive customer inquiries. Community Engagement Facilitator – Republic, WA
Assesses community needs and readiness, coordinates and implements community awareness programs created by the Community Engagement Program Manager to provide information regarding crime victimization.  The position will also assist the Program Manager in planning and presenting prevention programs to a wide variety of audiences to promote social change.  Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; compassion for those harmed by abuse, violence or other crimes; passion to advocate for the legal rights of victims; the ability to be a great trainer; and conduct themselves in a professional demeanor.  PT job, 20 hours/week, $16.52–$17.87/hour DOE.  Position is open until filled.   (Click on position title for complete job description).

Victim Advocate – Republic, WA (2 openings)
Provides crisis intervention and advocacy services for general crime victims or victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, or child abuse.  Provides initial eligibility and psychosocial assessments, an integrated safety plan with desired outcomes, follow-up information, and support.  Advocates for the client and provides legal rights and responsibilities information relative to legal proceedings. Advocates for adult victim rights in the legal system. Advocates for abused children’s rights in the social service system and coordinates with the legal system.   Maintains records of client contact, serves as client liaison with other service providers and prepares periodic reports and correspondence.  Serves as a community resource for information regarding the impact of crimes on victims and the rights of victims.  Coordinates services between victims, law enforcement, prosecutors and judges.  Provides in person response, including but not limited to medical advocacy, to victims as needed. Community Living Connections Intake Worker – Colville, WA
Provides information, assistance & intake of customers; assesses current needs; develops service strategies; & makes appropriate referrals internally & externally. Divides time between centralized office & off-site throughout Stevens County.  32 -40 hours per week, starting pay of $13.65 – $14.77 per hour, D.O. Maintenance Technician – Colville, WA
Performs general maintenance functions including sheetrock repair, light carpentry, minor electrical, interior/exterior painting, minor plumbing and other facility repairs as may be assigned.  Makes apartments rent ready after tenant moves out. Performs custodial duties of sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash collection/disposal, window cleaning, and general facilities upkeep as instructed.  Maintains exterior appearance of facility grounds and walkways, including manual and mechanized snow removal.  Insures building security, safety and maintains inventory of janitorial and maintenance supplies.  Maintains a log of all assigned work.  FT job, 40 hours/week, $15.02–$16.24/hour DOE.  Position is open until filled.  (Click on position title for complete job description).

Fiscal Director – Colville, WA
Plans, organizes, and directs the daily administration and operations of the Fiscal Department.  Develops policies and procedures relating to fiscal management and contract compliance.  Responsible for completion of annual Financial Reports, audit and IRS form 990.  To be successful in this position the candidate would need accounting and supervisory experience with nonprofit or governmental accounting experience preferred.  $5545/month to $6821/ month, DOE.  Position is open until filled.  (Click on position title for complete job description).

Provides information, assistance and comprehensive case management services to individuals or families.  Assesses needs, develops and monitors implementation of service plans, makes appropriate referrals and serves as a client advocate with other service providers. Service areas could include youth/family/parenting/elder services, employment/training, emergency/transitional housing, and health/nutrition.  Requires knowledge of related community resources and the laws and regulations specific to the area of service.  This is a full-time position, 32-40 hours per week, with a starting pay of $16.52 – $17.87 per hour, D.O. Case Manager – Colville, WA
This position provides information, assistance and comprehensive case management services to individuals or families.  Assesses needs, develops and monitors implementation of service plans, makes appropriate referrals and serves as a customer advocate with other service providers.  It is a full-time position, 36-40 hours, with a starting pay of $16.52 – $17.87 per hour, D.O. Relief Transit Driver – Republic, WA
Drives a 15 – 22 passenger transit vehicle, assists passengers in and out of vehicle, provides transfer assistance to non-ambulatory persons by utilizing mobility aids as necessary, i.e. slider boards and lifts, assists in coordination of routes and schedules, maintains a safe operating environment, maintains comprehensive, accurate and detailed records of all activities.  Must have nine months experience working for a public or private transit agency, one year successful experience in a capacity which required comprehensive record keeping and reporting, verifiable record as a safe driver for the most recent five year period, valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement or School Bus Endorsement, CDL Physical and acceptable completion of an alcohol and drug screen test that complies with all Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Standards.  This is a relief position, 10-15 hours per week, with a starting pay of $15.02 per hour.  Position is open until filled.   (Click on position title for complete job description)
