Aging With Care – Support Group for Caregivers, Grief & Loss, and Coping with Aging
July 17 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 pm
These groups are a safe place for those experiencing the many changes that come with aging, including taking care of a family member or loved one, grief around losing loved ones and loss of independence. It is a judgment-free environment to get support, find resources and new ideas. There are no requirements or charges for this group, other than agreeing to respect each other boundaries, feelings, beliefs, abilities, and confidentiality. All participants are encouraged to share as much or as little as is comfortable for them.
Groups are ongoing and individuals may attend as long as they wish.
This group meets on the third Friday of the month, from 10:30-11:30 PM.
We meet at the Hill Ray Plaza Library:
