With a combination of happiness for her and sadness for us, I am writing to share that Karen Gumlock, our amazing Receptionist in Colville, is retiring from Rural Resources at the end of July.

She has welcomed thousands of people into our agency, and I cannot even begin to guess how many phone calls she has answered over the years. We all benefited from Karen’s extensive knowledge of our programs and her ability to calmly navigate the many challenges that are faced at the front desk. Karen has played a vital role at RRCA for over 15 years and will be sorely missed.
