Summary
Rural Resources Community Action is looking for a Contract and Grants Compliance Manager, this position is full-time and located at our Colville, WA office. The Contracts & Grants Compliance Manager oversees a growing portfolio of grants and contracts for a Community Action Agency and serves as an inter-departmental liaison responsible for closely collaborating with agency leadership, finance, human resources and program teams to provide guidance over budget development and spending, monitor grant and contract compliance, manage billing and reconciliation, monitor best practices, and report on grant and contract progress. The Contracts & Grants Compliance Manager will report to the CEO and COO and will collaborate with program and fiscal staff to establish and track meaningful goals and outcomes. They will generate financial reports in a timely manner as required by various funders and program staff.
Salary & Benefit information
The hiring range for this role is $25.73-$27.83 per hour. The full salary range of $25.73-$42.84 per hour represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience & qualifications. After the successful completion of our six-month training period, you will receive a 4% step increase. As a regular employee, you may receive an additional 4% step increase on your annual anniversary with RRCA. Duties & Responsibilities
A Contract and Grants Compliance Manager will need knowledge of financial management software, basic fiscal management skills, including the development and monitoring of budgets and financial reporting, and project management. The qualities we are looking for include the ability to work cooperatively and effectively with agency managers and leaders to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness, assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization, work effectively in a mission-driven agency whose clients and staff reflect significant diversity with respect to race, ethnicity, gender, orientation, socio-economic status, nationality and religion.
Education, Skills, and Abilities
To apply for this position, you would need a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or business administration or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of postsecondary education and relevant experience.
