SALARY RANGE: Hiring Range - $21.65-$23.42 per hour

Summary

Rural Resources Community Action is looking for a Case Manager, this position is part-time (23-40 hours per week) with benefits and located at our Republic, WA office. As a Case Manager, you will provide information, assistance, and comprehensive case management services to individuals or families. Assesses needs, develops and monitors implementation of service plans, makes appropriate referrals, and serves as a customer advocate with other service providers. May be responsible for executing specific program standards and delivering or facilitating the delivery of program-related services. Service areas could include youth/family/parenting/elder services, employment/training, emergency/transitional housing, and health/nutrition. Requires knowledge of related community resources and the laws and regulations specific to the area of service.

Salary & Benefit information

The hiring range for this role is $21.65-$23.42 per hour. The full salary range of $21.65-$36.06 per hour represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience & qualifications. After the successful completion of our six-month training period, you will receive a 4% step increase.  As a regular employee, you may receive an additional 4% step increase on your annual anniversary with RRCA. Duties & Responsibilities

A Case Manager will need knowledge of crisis intervention and counseling principles and practices, the dynamics of aging, and computer applications including Microsoft 365 Suite. The qualities we are looking for include the ability to access and egress non-ADA facilities and homes, analyze and evaluate customer needs and development and implementation of corrective action(s) to resolve issues, and prepare reports, correspondence and documentation.

Education, Skills, and Abilities

To apply for this position, you would need a Bachelor’s degree in social or health sciences and two to three years of related experience or any combination of education and experience which would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge and abilities required to perform the job.
