Summary
Rural Resources Community is seeking a Communications and Outreach Manager. This is a full time (40 hours per week), non-exempt position based in our Colville, WA office with the potential for a hybrid work model.

Salary Information
Our Communications and Outreach Manager position is offered at $34.12 to $38.38 per hour. Actual wage will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, experience and qualifications. Employees who successfully meet or exceed performance expectations during their annual performance evaluation will be eligible for a 4% wage increase.
The full salary range for this position is $28.04 to $46.69 per hour and represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities
In this key role, you would be responsible for:
- Increasing Awareness: Elevate RRCA’s mission, programs, and services through community engagement, annual activities, and special events.
- Strategic Communication: Utilize social media, traditional methods, and innovative approaches to promote transparency and share our work both internally and externally.
- Community Outreach: Develop and manage communication strategies that effectively inform and engage the community, ensuring access to timely, accurate, and clear information.
