SALARY RANGE: Hiring Range-$19.87-$21.49

Summary

Rural Resources Community Action is seeking an Energy Assistance Specialist. This position is full-time (40 hours per week) with benefits and located at our Colville, WA office.

Salary Information 

Our Energy Assistance Specialist position is offered at $19.87-21.49 per hour.  Actual wage will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, experience and qualifications.  Employees who successfully meet or exceed performance expectations during their annual performance evaluation will be eligible for a 4% wage increase.

The full salary range for this position is $19.87 to $52.96 per hour and represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

At RRCA, we are dedicated to assisting people and communities in developing the skills, resources, and services necessary to improve their general welfare and we need an Energy Assistance Specialist who shares that passion.

In this key role, you would be responsible for:

  • Assist in the coordination of Energy Assistance Programs.
  • Conduct assessments for low-income households to determine eligibility for energy assistance.
  • Prepare correspondence to clients regarding their applications.

Education and Experience

Associates degree in a related field of study or five years of work experience in a directly related social service program.

Any combination of education and experience which would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge and ability required to perform the job
