Navigator of Services

STATUS: Non-Exempt

HOURS: Full-Time

SALARY RANGE: Hiring Range-$21.65-$23.42 per hour.


Rural Resources Community Action is in of a Navigator of Services. This is a full-time position in Colville, WA. The Navigator of Services will serve as the navigator to guide individuals across different programs, agencies, and organizations.  This position requires empathy, compassion, and good judgment to provide clear explanations of program policies and procedures, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Salary & Benefit Information

The hiring range for this role is $21.65-$23.42 per hour. The full salary range of $21.65-$36.06 per hour represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience & qualifications. As a full or part-time employee, after the successful completion of our six-month training period you may receive a 4% step increase and an additional 4% step increase on your annual anniversary thereafter (excludes temporary employees). Depending on full time or part time status, other benefits may include medical (three plan options), dental and vision insurance, vacation, a 403(B) and/or Roth IRA retirement savings plan with a company match of up to 6%, $12,000 life insurance policy (while employed with RRCA), Employee Assistance Program and other auxiliary insurance options.  All employees, regardless of temporary, part-time or full-time status will receive sick leave.

Duties & Responsibilities

The person in this position will use trauma-informed communication and de-escalation strategies to provide information and support to assist program participants to locate, connect, engage, and stay involved with the services they need to achieve their goals.



Education, Skills, and Abilities

To apply for this position, you would need a Bachelor’s degree in related area of study and two years’ experience working for a social services agency; OR any combination of education and experience which would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge and abilities required to perform the job.
