Summary
Rural Resources Community Action needs a Program Manager (Colville/Hybrid). This is a full-time position with benefits. As a Program Manager, you will plan, organize, promote, and manage all operations of assigned Community Living Connections Programs to meet the needs of communities in the service area.
Salary & Benefit information
The full salary range of $25.73-$42.84 per hour represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position. The hiring range for this role is $25.73-$30.10 per hour. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience & qualifications. After the successful completion of our six-month training period, you will receive a 4% step increase. As a regular employee, you may receive an additional 4% step increase on your annual anniversary with RRCA. Duties & Responsibilities
A Program Manager will need knowledge of federal, state, and local policies, procedures, and regulations applicable to program areas and extensive knowledge of modern principles and practices of management and supervision. The qualities we are looking for include the ability to develop and implement short and long-range plans to meet program needs, plan, organize, and oversee assigned programs, including monitoring work schedules, developing and monitoring budgets, evaluating the work of subordinates, analyze and evaluate operations and develop and implement corrective action to resolve problems, and perform social and economic research and development.
Education, Skills, and Abilities
To apply for this position, you would need a Bachelors or advanced degree in social services, behavioral science, or a related field; and demonstrated experience in social services, including contract administration and case management with supervisory experience.
