HOURS: Part-Time (23-40 Hours Per Week)

SALARY RANGE: Hiring Range-$19.87-$21.49


Rural Resources Community Action is looking for a Warehouse Worker, this position is part-time (23 – 40 hours per week) with benefits and located at our Arden, WA Warehouse. A Warehouse Worker serves as support staff for Nutrition Services Warehouse Staff, including preparing client orders, making deliveries and pickups, and maintaining inventory and activity reports.

Salary & Benefit information

The hiring range for this role is $19.87-$21.49 per hour. The full salary range of $19.87-$33.08 per hour represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience & qualifications. After the successful completion of our six-month training period, you will receive a 4% step increase.  As a regular employee, you may receive an additional 4% step increase on your annual anniversary with RRCA. Duties & Responsibilities

A Warehouse Worker will need knowledge of warehouse delivery principles and practices. The qualities we are looking for include the ability to operate a variety of warehouse equipment, to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, other agencies, and the general public, and the ability to independently and safely operate a vehicle, sometimes traveling over rough terrain for extended periods of time.

Education, Skills, and Abilities

To apply for this position, you would need High school diploma or GED; and three year’s experience in warehousing including inventory control preferably in a social service agency.  Or any combination of education and experience which would provide the applicant with the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities required to perform the job.


  • Ability to obtain a physical examination certifying fitness for position.
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license.
  • Verifiable record as a safe driver for the most recent five-year period.
