The Rural Resources Community Action AmeriCorps Team is now accepting applications!

The Rural Resources Community Action (RRCA) AmeriCorps Team is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, dependable, and community-orientated individuals to serve as full-time Academic Tutors for the 2021-22 school year.  We are currently accepting applications for openings in the following school districts: Curlew, Mary Walker (Springdale), Nespelem, Orient, Republic, and Valley.

AmeriCorps Members will earn a monthly stipend of $1,450.00 (pre-tax), receive health insurance at no extra cost, training, experience, and get loan forbearance on qualifying student loans. After successful completion of 1700 hours and 10.5 months of service, Members will receive an Education Award of $6,195.00.

If you enjoy working with children in a school setting and serving your community, then AmeriCorps is the place to be.
