We are a HUD approved housing counseling agency that offers education and counseling to connect homebuyers of all income levels to the information and resources you need.

We also provide counseling and assistance in linking homebuyers to a variety of different down-payment assistance programs and home loan programs. Loan programs include Washington State Housing Finance Commission loans programs and USDA Rural Housing loan programs.

We offer homebuyer education classes which is required for first time homebuyers seeking a government sponsored enterprise (GSE) or USDA Rural Housing loan.
