Allegiance Assisted Living

Allegiance Assisted Living is a licensed residential facility based in Chewelah which provides care to residents in a home like setting. We provide services to those with Intellectual Disabilities, Mental Health issues, Traumatic brain Injuries, and others with special needs. Our goal is to provide quality care in an environment that promotes dignity, respect, and resources so the individual can achieve their highest level of independence.
