Consolidated Homeless Grant
The Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) is an emergency rental assistance program primarily used to rapidly rehouse homeless individuals and families and victims fleeing domestic violence into units that meet Stevens County Fair Market rent. These funds can be utilized to assist with first, last and/or security and rental assistance on a month to month basis. It may also be used for homeless prevention by paying past due rent.
Who qualifies for these services?
Households who are literally homeless and victims fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence.
There are additional requirements for eligibility on a case by case basis.
