Kinship Care

Our Kinship Navigator provides grandparents and relatives who are raising children, connections with community resources such as health, financial, legal services, support groups, training and emergency funds.

Kinship services help kinship families establish or maintain greater self-sufficiency and long term stability needed to keep their children out of the foster care system.

Who qualifies for these services?

Any relative over the age of 18 raising a relative child under the age of 18, who is not their own.

Important note about qualifiying for services: The qualifications listed here are a general indication of who will qualify for these services. If you need these services but aren't sure if you fit the qualifications listed, please contact our offices. We will work with you to find the services to fit your needs.
