SALARY RANGE: Hiring Range $21.65-$24.36 Per Hour.
Rural Resources Community Action is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and efficient Administrative Specialist to join our team. This position is full- time (40 hours per week) with benefits and based out of the Colville, WA office. The Administrative Specialist position will play a key role in our daily accounting activities such as payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable as well as entering and maintaining data in our human resources and workforce management software. Depending on the needs of the Administrative Department, there will be occasions where there is a focus on one specific duty.
Salary & Benefit information
The hiring range for this role is $21.65-$24.36 per hour. The full salary range of $21.65-36.06 per hour represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience & qualifications. After the successful completion of our six-month training period, you may receive a 4% step increase. As a regular employee, you may receive an additional 4% step increase on your annual anniversary with RRCA. Duties & Responsibilities
The qualities we are looking for include familiarity with accounting practices, spreadsheets and databases, accurate and efficient data entry and the knowledge to operate modern office technology and machinery. Over the last ten months RRCA has invested in cutting-edge integrated systems to include Sage Intact, bill.com and Paylocity.
