HOURS: Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)

SALARY RANGE: Hiring Range: $6054 - $6422 per month

Are you passionate about driving change and making a real impact in the community? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Director of Operations to lead Eastern Washington Partnership to new heights!

Salary & Benefit information

The hiring range for this role is $6054 – $6422 per month. The full salary range of $5222-$7669 per month represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience & qualifications. After the successful completion of our six-month training period, you may receive a 4% step increase.  As a regular employee, you may receive an additional 4% step increase on your annual anniversary with RRCA. Other benefits may include paid time-off, a 403 (B) and/or Roth IRA retirement savings plan with a company match of up to 6%, a life insurance policy for $12,000 while you are employed, access to our Employee Assistance Program, medical (3 Plan Options), dental, vision insurance, and other auxiliary insurance programs.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

As the Director of Operations, you will be at the forefront of managing our daily operations, championing the advancement and access to employment and training opportunities for individuals, One-Stop Partners, and businesses across the vibrant 9 counties of Workforce Development Area 10.
