SALARY RANGE: Hiring Range $21.65-$23.42 Per Hour.

Summary

Rural Resources Community Action is looking for a Landlord Liaison Case Manager, this position is full-time (40 hours per week) with benefits and located at our Colville, WA office. As a Landlord Liaison Case Manager, you will lead emergency housing efforts to effectively work with new and existing landlords and owners with the goal of expanding the number of units available to households receiving emergency rental assistance. The Liaison will identify permanent housing units in the rental market throughout Stevens County, develop partnerships with landlords to overcome barriers that prevent eligible households from obtaining permanent housing, and work closely with Housing case managers to ensure clients can access housing.  The Landlord Liaison Case Manager will also provide case management to clients at our emergency shelter programs to begin building repour with clients who are eligible for rapid rehousing assistance.

Requires knowledge of related community resources and the laws and regulations specific to the area of service. Receive a responsible renters instructor certificate within 6 months of employment.

Salary & Benefit information

The hiring range for this role is $21.65-$23.42 per hour. The full salary range of $21.65-$36.06 per hour represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience & qualifications. After the successful completion of our six-month training period, you will receive a 4% step increase.  As a regular employee, you may receive an additional 4% step increase on your annual anniversary with RRCA. Duties & Responsibilities

A Housing Case Manager will need knowledge of the dynamics of social service delivery principles and practices, and crisis intervention and counseling principles and practices. The qualities we are looking for include the ability to access and egress non-ADA facilities and homes, prepare reports, correspondence and documentation, dynamics of social service delivery principles and practices, crisis intervention and counseling principles and practices, and willingness to maintain client confidentiality.

Education, Skills, and Abilities

To apply for this position, you would need a Bachelor’s degree in human/social services or related field and two years relevant experience either paid or as a volunteer or any combination of education and experience which would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge, and ability required to perform the job.
