SALARY RANGE: Hiring Range-$19.87-$21.49

Summary

Rural Resources Community Action is in of a Receptionist / Navigator of Services. This is a full-time position in Davenport, WA. As a Receptionist / Navigator of Services, you will be the first point of contact for Rural Resources and should ensure that all guests are greeted and welcomed positively, in-person and on the telephone. Administrative tasks and customer service should be executed to the highest quality standard.

Salary & Benefit information

The hiring range for this role is $19.87 – $21.49 per hour. The full salary range of $16.72–$33.08 per hour represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience & qualifications. After the successful completion of our six-month training period, you may receive a 4% step increase.  As a regular employee, you may receive an additional 4% step increase on your annual anniversary with RRCA. Duties & Responsibilities

The person in this position will use trauma-informed communication and de-escalation strategies to provide information and support to assist program participants to locate, connect, engage, and stay involved with the services they need to achieve their goals.  They will serve as the navigator to guide individuals across different programs, agencies, and organizations.  This position requires empathy, compassion, and good judgment to provide clear explanations of program policies and procedures, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Education, Skills, and Abilities

To apply for this position, you would need a high school diploma or GED; and three years progressively responsible experience as a secretary or administrative assistant or any combination of education and experience which would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge and ability required to perform the job.
